Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Brand Operator to support the activation and operation of marketing campaigns. This role involves working directly at promotional events, managing brand assets, and ensuring campaigns run smoothly on the ground. It’s an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand marketing and event operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands professionally at promotional events and activations
- Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of event equipment and displays
- Engage with customers to promote products and gather feedback
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed during all campaign activities
- Support the marketing team with day-to-day operational tasks
- Maintain inventory and report on supplies and equipment status
- Provide feedback on event performance and customer interactions
