Overview
Pav Haulage are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Junior Traffic Operator to join our Transport Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills and be proficient in using various office software, including Excel, Word, Outlook, some TOPS experience but not essential.
As a Junior Traffic Operator you will be expected to assist with planning and organising the trucks on a daily basis. You will ensure prompt and on time deliveries to customers. You will be required to update transport systems/track vehicles and job status to meet delivery timings. You will also be required to assist drivers and customers with queries and any issues that arise during a route.
The right candidate will have experience in transport, will be confident, a strong communicator, able to work under pressure and have working knowledge of trucks. The ability to be able to work as a team is a must.
