Join Ottolenghi’s Central Production Unit and kickstart your career in professional baking! We’re looking for a motivated Junior Baker to support the preparation,baking,and finishing of high-quality products for our restaurants while learning from an experienced team.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare doughs,batters,fillings,and icings according to our recipes
- Operate bakery equipment,including mixers,ovens,and laminators
- Ensure consistency and quality across large production batches
- Maintain a clean,organised,and safe workstation
- Support inventory management and smooth team workflow
What we’re looking for:
- Interest in baking and a willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Organised,flexible,and able to work in a fast-paced production kitchen
- Team player with good communication skills
Working hours:
- You will work 5 shifts per week within our 7-day operating schedule
- Flexible hours,including early mornings,weekends,and holidays
