Skilled Bread Baker required . Essex Road Islington London N1 8LX
Family high street bakery , 3AM start Monday to Saturday . Unfortunately there is no parking available and no London underground running at that time so therefore you must be within a reasonable distance in order to be with us for around 3AM. A night bus may be a good option as there are many close by.
Duties:
- - Prepare and bake a range of breads.
- Must be able to hand mould.
- Must be able to make bread dough from scratch and do dough calculations.
- Must be able to use bakery machinery and ovens
- - Proven experience as a Baker must have worked in a bakery before
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients- Excellent time management skills
- Must be reliable
