Investment Banker – Real Estate & Property Markets
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Offices: London, Manchester, Leeds (UK) and New York (US)
Salary: £110,000 base + 100% bonus (OTE: £220,000)
About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Investment Banker with a strong background in the real estate and property markets. This individual will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing high-yield investment opportunities that deliver consistent and attractive returns to investors.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in structuring and closing property-related deals, deep knowledge of the market, and a strong understanding of investor expectations. This is a remote-first role, with access to offices across the UK and the US for collaboration and meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, assess, and lead real estate investment opportunities with strong return profiles.
- Perform detailed financial analysis, valuation modelling, and due diligence on residential and commercial property assets.
- Prepare and present investment decks, data rooms, and financial documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Structure and negotiate transactions with developers, legal teams, and funding partners.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and economic indicators relevant to the property sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, including HNWIs, family offices, and institutional partners.
- Support fundraising and capital deployment strategies aligned with company goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in investment banking, private equity, or real estate finance.
- Strong track record in sourcing and executing UK-based property deals (US experience is an advantage).
- Deep understanding of real estate investment, development cycles, and risk management.
- Advanced financial modelling and deal structuring capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially when dealing with investors and stakeholders.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially astute.
