Role: Property Investment Consultant
Location: Liverpool (Full-Time, On-Site)
We're expanding our Liverpool team and looking for a driven, sharp, and client focused consultant who’s ready to take their sales career to the next level in the booming world of UK property investment.
This is a consultative sales role, not a box-ticking one. You’ll be helping clients understand the market, refine their strategy, and invest in property that fits their financial goals. From sourcing the right opportunities to closing deals and providing aftercare – you’ll own the relationship.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate clients on property investment strategies tailored to their needs
- Manage and convert qualified leads into long term clients
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential investment opportunities
- Stay informed on UK property trends, legislation, and global buyer sentiment
- Provide a consultative, value-driven sales experience from start to finish
- Maintain CRM records, client pipelines, and follow-up processes
- Collaborate with our in-house marketing and research teams to optimise results
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales ( ideally property, finance, or high-value services preferred)
- Strong knowledge of investment principles and strategy (or a quick learner)
- Excellent communication and rapport building skills
- A strategic mindset – you think like an advisor, not just a seller
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage your own pipeline
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-led environment
- Knowledge of UK property market or investment products is a plus
- Must have a full driving licence and your own vehicle – this role involves travel to meet clients and view developments.
