We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic Marketing team at our Weston office. You will play a vital part in managing product listings, optimising inventory presentation, and supporting broader marketing initiatives across the business. This role is ideal for someone eager to start their career in a dynamic environment, primarily focusing on stock management, with opportunities to develop marketing skills as you progress.
As an Inventory Marketing Assistant, your main responsibility will be ensuring our vehicle listings are accurate, visually appealing, and up to date. While this role will focus on stock-related tasks, there is potential for growth into marketing responsibilities as you develop with us.
Key responsibilities:
Merchandising Management:
- Create and maintain accurate vehicle listings, including detailed specifications and verified pricing, across our website and advertising platforms.
- Ensure all vehicle data is up to date within internal inventory systems and external platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure all adverts comply with regulatory and advertising standards.
- Coordinate with the photography team to manage and update a comprehensive library of vehicle images and videos.
- Work closely with sales teams to verify vehicle details, respond to stock queries, and ensure listing accuracy.
- Conduct keyword research and optimise vehicle listings for search engine optimisation (SEO) to improve online performance.
Marketing Progression:
As you develop in the role, youll have the opportunity to:
- Support content creation for social media platforms.
- Assist in managing the companys online reputation through reviews and feedback channels.
- Contribute to internal marketing campaigns and creative initiatives that support brand growth.
Person Specification:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work proactively.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and video editing software.
- GCSE Level C (5) or above in English and Maths, or equivalent qualifications.
- Computer literacy and general proficiency with technology are essential.
