About the role
We are looking to appoint a motivated individual to provide administrative and operational support for our busy International Student Recruitment office. This varied and interesting role will involve close liaison with professional service staff and academic colleagues across the University, external partners, as well as students.
You will provide support on a range of work streams, in particular agent engagement, financial management and event logistics. You will also provide administrative support to the Head of the team.
About you
You will
- have experience of working in a busy office environment where excellent communication skills are essential
- be an experienced user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and will be willing to acquire further IT skills.
In addition, your strong organisational and administrative skills will allow you to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
Experience within the HE sector is desirable but not essential. However, an interest in the work of the International Student Recruitment team and a willingness to engage with our international students and partners is important to the role.
