The Role
This is a challenging B2B role for an organised and personable individual and who will be responsible for reaching out to existing and potential customers to promote our products.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for raising Tricel profile within the specified area to ensure Tricel is the customer first choice;
- Make outbound calls to existing & potential clients to introduce our services;
- Follow up on customer enquires / quotations via telephone and email diarising further action ensuring the sales operating system is followed;
- Engage in meaningful conversation to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solution;
- Present, promote and sell the Tricel portfolio of products and services to maximise opportunities for sales growth;
- Grow and maintain excellent working relationships with existing and new customers;
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions our CRM system;
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets;
- Follow up prospects and schedule appointments for external sales team;
- Stay Updated on Industry trends, Market conditions. Product Knowledge and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation;
- Customer complaints in accordance with the company’s procedure and Department SLA’S;
- Other general duties will include answering inbound phone calls and carry out any other duties reasonably requested by any members of the Management team.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels of their operation;
- A full UK Driving License is preferred;
- Strong engineering / technical sales background;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels;
- Fully IT proficient and working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- B2B Sales experience;
- Sound and commercial approach to problem solving;
- Ability to prioritise workload;
- ‘Can-do’ attitude that contributes to building a positive team spirit;
- Reacts well under pressure;
- Organised and efficient;
- Excellent attention to detail.
