We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team at our new offices in Brighouse.
Experience is essential, but we are open to considering the right candidate and providing training where necessary. The ideal candidate will be comfortable answering phones and communicating with both UK and European suppliers, as well as calling Sage customers.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer orders, quotations, and queries - Process sales documents and maintain accurate records - Provide administrative support to the sales team
Key Requirements: - Previous experience in a sales role is preferred - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) - Sage experience is desirable but not required (training can be provided)
Strong organizational and communication skills - Confident in phone communication with suppliers across the UK and Europe, including calling Sage customers along with booking in and dispatching goods as and when required.
