Daytrip is looking for a strategic and creative Influencer Marketing Specialist to grow and elevate our brand through authentic partnerships with content creators. Based in our Prague office and reporting to the Head of Global Communications & PR, you’ll develop and execute influencer campaigns that build trust, drive conversions, and support our global brand recognition, particularly among English-speaking travelers.


Daytrip’s growth team is on a mission to make us the most beloved travel brand in the world. As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you’ll work closely with our in-house PR Manager, Social Media Manager / Project Manager, and PPC teams to grow our B2C presence by tapping into the power of influencer-led storytelling. This is a high-impact role for someone who is equally comfortable nurturing creator relationships as they are analyzing performance data and making strategic decisions.

About the Role

What you will work on ‍‍

  • Own influencer campaign planning: from setting goals, creating briefs to overseeing execution up to post-campaign analysis

  • Identify and recruit influencers who align with Daytrip’s brand values and audience, with a focus on English-speaking markets

  • Lead ongoing relationships with creators, managing partnerships from outreach through to content delivery

  • Define KPIs, analyze results, and continually optimize campaigns for performance and ROI

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators to foster a loyal brand advocate network

  • Stay on top of social and influencer trends, using insights to inform strategy and creator selection

  • Collaborate with the Head of Comms & PR, our Social Media Manager / Project Manager, and PPC team to identify relevant influencer verticals, key product messages that support business objectives, and discover and look for prospective influencers based on campaign-specific criteria

  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager to align on their social calendar and identify optimal opportunities for influencer content integration

  • Compile monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc performance reports to measure performance

  • Provide support for cultural and entertainment marketing initiatives, which may include integrations, brand and celebrity partnerships, activations, and brand campaigns, in alignment with marketing plans

  • Manage budget for influencer campaigns

To excel in this role, you should have

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing and paid social media, with a proven track record of growth

  • Deep understanding of the US audience, marketing trends, and landscape

  • Basic knowledge of Meta and TikTok Ads Manager, and YouTube Ads

  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, you know how to test, iterate, and scale what works

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to build trust across teams and with creators

  • Comfortable working independently and making informed decisions while seeking input where needed

  • Experience with influencer marketing tools and platforms

  • Passion about digital trends, and excited to lead in a fast-moving, high-growth environment

  • Budget-savvy with experience managing paid influencer campaigns

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
