Reporting to the Influencer Marketing Manager UK&I, the Influencer Marketing Executive UK&I will be a creator fanatic, who lives & breathes all things influencer. Beauty obsessed, they will be passionate about trendspotting & executing creative, disruptive influencer campaigns.


The UK&I is the largest and most developed market for ghd and is a critical territory for the sustainability of the brand at a global level. The Influencer Marketing Executive UK&I plays a key role in supporting and maintaining market leading earned Influencer coverage for ghd - achieved and executed with excellence, leading with best in class examples as a flagship market.


Supporting on the day-to-day delivery of our influencer marketing strategy, this role will bring to life key calendar moments in an aim to deliver awareness, reach, traffic, conversion and drive EMV for the UK&I business. This role will directly contribute to profitable growth & the delivery of financial targets for the UK and Ireland.


JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Influencer Marketing:

  • Support the Influencer Marketing Manager in the day-to-day execution of the Influencer Marketing Strategy to ensure the Influencer network is consistently driving key brand metrics.
  • Regularly review & update the Influencer database - continuously identifying and building a network of relationships with existing & new influencers, VIPs, and content creators to be part of the ghd community.
  • Compile creative influencer briefs for key campaign moments in the UK&I brand calendar. Working with talent to deliver highly engaging, thumb-stopping content which puts ghd at the heart of the cultural zeitgeist.
  • Support the execution of local influencer campaigns across organic and paid TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and beyond.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral moments – and jump on them with lightning speed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (PR, Social, Creative) to ensure influencer content is on-brand and on-point.
  • Assist with briefing the designers and printers on projects.
  • Support the broader brand marketing team on key campaign activity and events.


Seeding & Outreach:

  • Help manage influencer outreach, gifting, and seeding strategies in-house and with agencies – working with the broader brand marketing team to align on strategic gifting opportunities throughout the year.
  • Consistently and reactively identify gifting opportunities, tracking all product requests and call-ins.
  • Management of PR stock & associated processes.
  • Manage all Influencer mailings and couriers.
  • Create and send out dedicated e-blasts to ghd’s community of influencers.


Trends & Market Intelligence:

  • Be across creator trends, algorithm changes, AI and SEO updates.
  • Monitor competitor activity & the luxury market on a regular basis, supporting the Influencer Marketing Manager UK&I in summarising & sharing findings with the broader UK&I team.


KPIs & Reporting:

  • Monitor monthly analytics for UK&I earned activity, saving and reporting on influencer coverage against set KPIs to share with the wider team.
  • Track campaign performance and compile reports with actionable insights.
  • Regularly update internal trackers
  • Assist with PO’s and Invoices.


REQUIREMENTS


  • 1-2 years’ work experience in Influencer Marketing/PR, preferably beauty PR.
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability, can give examples of taking measured risks to achieve results. Not afraid to challenge the norm, with a disruptor mindset & passion to do things differently.
  • Obsessed with influencer culture – from beauty and fashion to lifestyle and wellness. Existing Influencer relationships is desirable.
  • Social media savvy & digitally native, with a sharp eye for content, knowing what makes something go viral.
  • An eye for detail and accuracy, proactive, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Confident communicating with creators and internal stakeholders alike, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Instinctive commercial flair to support on improving KPIs and performance.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, outgoing, determined to win, with a passion for influencer marketing, and all things hair.
  • Good interpersonal skills coupled with an inclusive mindset, acting with transparency and integrity.
  • Actively live and breathe the ghd brand.
  • UK based with the ability to travel to UK/ROI without restrictions.
