Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and engage with customers in a variety of settings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and the ability to effectively communicate our brand message. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness and driving customer loyalty through your interactions and marketing efforts.
Duties
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to promote our brand and products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Communicate key product features, benefits, and promotions effectively to potential customers.
- Assist in organising promotional events and activities to increase brand visibility.
- Collect feedback from customers to help improve products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the brand’s offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are an advantage, enabling effective communication with a diverse customer base.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
- A keen interest in marketing and brand promotion is desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.

Pay: £25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
