Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee multimodal transportation activities including air, sea & road.
- Ensure efficient routing and scheduling of shipments to optimize transportation costs and delivery timelines.
- Liaise with carriers, vendors, and clients to coordinate shipments and resolve any operational issues.
- Manage documentation, customs clearance, and compliance requirements for international shipments.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in multimodal operations within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
