We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to join our Solihull team, supporting Aerospace, Industrial, and Supply Chain operations. This is a 14-month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of TSS UK.

About the Job
Reporting to the General Manager, the HR Business Partner will support the Solihull and Burntwood sites by aligning HR practices with operational goals. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll deliver practical HR solutions across employee relations, performance, engagement, and change initiatives, while fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture.
You’ll also collaborate regularly with the wider TSS HR team through bi-weekly calls and work closely with the UK HR Director, contributing to strategic HR initiatives and ensuring alignment across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage HR and payroll documentation proactively and efficiently
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job adverts, interviews, psychometric testing, and recruitment administration
- Advise line managers on standard processes in accordance with company policies and employment law
- Provide HR support during investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures, including accurate documentation
- Oversee onboarding for new hires, ensuring legal compliance, training support, and early engagement
- Respond to HR-related queries from managers and employees
- Maintain HR documentation in compliance with ISO/ASO standards
- Support managers with absence and performance management

About the Ideal Candidate
Education and Experience:
- CIPD Level 5 (preferred) or working towards qualification
- Experience in manufacturing or ISO-regulated environments
- Current knowledge of employment law
