You’ll support a wide range of HR processes, from onboarding and engagement to ER support and compliance. If you’re highly organised, confident advising on HR matters, and passionate about helping people thrive, this could be your next career move.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the go-to person for HR support in our operations and office environments, you’ll:
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Manage contracts, HR system updates, and Right to Work checks
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support on employee relations matters
- Handle ER cases including absence, performance, grievance & disciplinary
- Coordinate new starter inductions and system training
- Partner with payroll to ensure accurate reporting and timely updates
- Lead exit interviews and feedback processes
- Support reward and recognition programmes (anniversaries, long service etc.)
- Collaborate on People & Culture communications and internal engagement
- Maintain accurate employee data and support document management systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and HR initiatives
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who brings both expertise and energy to the role. You’ll need:
- CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent HR qualification) – essential
- Previous experience as a HR Advisor or Coordinator – essential
- Solid understanding of employment law, ER casework and UK-GDPR
- Proficiency in HR systems and confident in Microsoft Office
- A people-first mindset with outstanding communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and proactive in problem-solving
- Comfortable handling sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-led business
