Responsibilities
The post holder will be required to:
- Lead the onboarding process for colleagues joining the schools across the Trust, including conducting vetting checks and issuing contracts
- Manage the HR inboxes and respond to queries from schools in a professional, timely and accurate manner
- Update the HR system (Every) in a timely and accurate manner
- Complete payroll administrative duties, working with the Payroll Lead
- Produce and analyse HR data reports for various stakeholders
- Review and recommend improvements to HR processes within the Every system
- Maintain great relationships with stakeholders, including the schools, Shared Services and candidates.

- Able to work with a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Highly organised with excellent administrative skills and able to work under pressure.
- Flexible, with a ‘can-do’ approach and the ability to work independently.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be able to build effective working relationships and work well as part of a busy team.
- Be highly proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel and ideally have experience of using HRMIS software.
- Be supportive of the core values and ethos of Maiden Erlegh Trust.
The role is hybrid, working at our Shared Services site on a regular basis, with some travel to schools within the Trust.
