What You Can Expect :
Fixed Term Contract until 31 December 2025
Mon – Fri: 08:30 – 17:00 , however may required to change shift patterns to support with the business requirements.
Flexible to work across both Lutterworth & Nuneaton sites
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Supporting & managing with posting recruitment advertisements
- Booking and arranging interviews for candidates
- Support with any inductions as required, e.g. providing relevant training documentation; support with the e-learning centre; training room set up - for new starters
- Preparing and sending out business announcements
- Complete relevant e-learning modules.
- Support with Workday App onboarding for blue collar workers within the first week on Induction
- Engagement with colleagues through the peak period
Agency
- Complete weekly agency timesheets and send to the agency suppliers
- Responsible for keeping track of the agency holidays, absences and overall Master Sheet
- Update SFDC for new starters (Will not have access to Equator)
- Liaise with the agency suppliers and Operations team on any requirements or reductions
- Organise agency inductions
- Attending site visits to audit the agency colleagues on site
- Daily emptying the HR post boxes
Compliance
- Supporting with HR compliance in eligibility Right to work documentation.
- Maintaining employee’s records, files and spreadsheets in line with GDPR legislation.
Ad-Hoc
- Provide Admin support to the HR team
- An understanding of HR policies & practices.
- General administration duties.
- Build positive and effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Filing documentation in the employee’s personnel files.
- Supporting with employee queries where appropriate, through emails or 1-2-1 meetings
- Have an active LinkedIn presence, to promote and communicate the activities of Rhenus.
- Any other duties as required.
Employee Engagement
- Responsible for HR notice boards. Updating information across all sites
- Support with employee engagement activities across the site, including charity and events.
What You Bring:
Essential Qualifications
- GSCE Maths and English minimum level 1 /2 equivalent
- Full Driving Licence
- GSCE Maths and English grade 4 or above or equivalent
- 1 Years minimum within an Admin function
Desirable Skills
- IT skills, including Advanced Microsoft / Excel / PowerPoint
- The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Great communicator
- Positive attitude & drive
- 1 Years minimum within an Admin function
Functional Knowledge & Experience
- Customer Service experience in a generalist role
- Immigration/ Eligibility to Work with the UK
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent administration and customer service skills
- Exposure to Systems
- Proactive approach to own continuous development
