The Role
This role involves a mix of admin, sales support, stock handling, and customer service, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, both in the office and occasionally in the warehouse/shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking and processing customer orders (via phone, email, and in person)
- Entering orders into our Intact software system (training provided)
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Managing inbound stock and checking deliveries
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Picking and preparing outgoing orders (shop floor and warehouse)
- Supporting customers in our retail shop
- Answering the phone and handling sales queries
- Keeping paperwork and digital records up to date
- Assisting with promotions and campaigns on our website
- General office admin as required
What We’re Looking For
- Prior admin or customer service experience preferred (but not essential)
- Good computer literacy – confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- A people person – clear communicator and team player
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Able to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
- Physically capable of occasional lifting and order picking
- Professional, punctual, and reliable

Important:
This is a fully on-site role. Applicants must be comfortable working in both an office and a light warehouse/shop setting as part of the daily routine.
