Role Overview
A Housing Administrator is required to undertake general office duties such as answering calls, emails, arranging appointments, filing, diary management and some more specific paperwork related to our business.
The successful applicant will be supported by other members within the company with personal and professional development being encouraged.
The successful applicant will have some previous experience working in a similar role, ideally within the housing industry. Being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with dictation software/hardware are essential skills. A positive attitude, ability to manage workloads and drive to provide the highest level of service, are all important to us.

· Liaising with customers to chase information or communicate information
· Excellent written English skills
· Good attention to detail and accuracy
· A customer focused, confident self-starter, able to deal with clients at all levels

· Excellent knowledge of the Office suite of products, particularly Word and Excel
Desirable:
· Previous experience in the Housing Industry (1 year preferred)
· Knowledge in DWP and or benefits in general
Key Responsibilities
· Assist Head of Department in smooth running of a newly formed department.
· Handling tenant inquiries and providing customer service.
· Managing property records and databases.
· Ensuring compliance with housing regulations and policies.
· Assisting with tenancy agreements and documentation.
· Supporting Tenancy Coaches in addressing tenant concerns.
· Organising meetings and consultations related to housing services.
· Stakeholder engagement.
· Event & Meeting Coordination: Organising tenant meetings, consultations, and community engagement activities.
· Administrative Support: Handling correspondence, filing documents
