The Role:
We’re looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness across multiple HMO properties in the Birmingham area only.
You’ll clean communal areas (kitchens, bathrooms, lounges, hallways) and occasionally do deep cleans of bedrooms when a tenant moves out.

What You’ll Need:
- Cleaning experience (care/supported living/HMO preferred)
- Able to clean thoroughly and on time within short time slots
- Friendly, respectful, and self-motivated
- UK driving licence and ownership of a car – essential
- Able to travel between multiple properties in Birmingham
- DBS check (or willing to get one)
