Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Room Attendant to join our team at one of our client hotels. You’ll help keep guest rooms and public areas clean, tidy, and welcoming, playing a key role in guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and public areas to a high standard
- Change bed linen, towels, and restock amenities
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitise all surfaces
- Report maintenance issues or hazards promptly
- Follow health and safety procedures
- Assist with laundry when needed
- Respond to guest requests politely and promptly
Requirements
- Experience in housekeeping is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Good time management and communication skills
