Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various locations, including Holiday Homes. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of clients properties.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and quality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or hotel environments is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to cleaning and maintenance tasks.
