We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored properly and replenished as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns related to cleanliness.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations across the premises.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is preferred but not essential.
- A background in cooking is advantageous, as it may involve cleaning kitchen areas.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff alike.
- A proactive attitude towards work with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
