Part-Time Holiday Bookings Administrator (Sales Experience Desired)
Location: Yaxham Waters Holiday Park
Hours: Monday, Friday, and Sunday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Salary: £12.30 per hour

We are seeking a Holiday Bookings Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for managing holiday reservations, assisting customers with their bookings, and utilising your sales experience to enhance the customer journey and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and online platforms
- Providing expert advice on holiday packages, accommodations, and travel options
- Upselling and cross-selling holiday experiences and upgrades
- Maintaining accurate records and processing payments securely
- Liaising with travel partners and ensuring smooth booking experiences
- Delivering outstanding customer service to create memorable experiences
- Assisting the team in administration tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Availability to work Monday, Friday, and Sunday from 9 AM to 5 PM
