You will assist the teacher with the day-to-day running of provision; ensuring the children’s happiness, general welfare and safety are maintained to the highest standard.
You will support pupil progress by delivering targeted learning interventions and assisting with adaptive teaching strategies. Working under the guidance of teaching staff, the role involves tailoring support to meet individual needs, helping all pupils access the curriculum and overcome learning barriers. Flexibility, initiative, and strong communication skills are essential to promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Working hours are from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Prospective candidates may have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification; although, we will consider applications from people who are keen to develop a career in education.
You should have a GCSE or equivalent qualification in English and Mathematics and the ability to use accurate spoken and written English.
