Salary Type: Bucks pay
Salary details: Bucks Pay Range 3 – ISN 16 £28,129pa FTE. £22,000pa actual salary - £1,833 per month gross
Contract type: Fixed Term until end of August 2026. Commencing September 2025
Hours: Full Time: Monday to Friday 8.15am to 3.45pm with 30 minute lunch break
Plus 2 INSET days per year (claimed as overtime once completed)

We’re Hiring: HLTA – Early Years (Inclusion & SEND Focus)
Are you committed to making a real difference to the lives of young children with additional needs?
We are looking for a skilled and nurturing HLTA to join our team, delivering a personalised curriculum to 2 children with additional needs in the Early Years. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with an experienced and knowledgeable team, under the guidance of our SENCo, in a setting that values inclusion, creativity, and child-centred learning.

About you
- HLTA Status or equivalent
- GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths
- Significant experience of working with children in the Early Years and those with SEND
