Salary details: Bucks Pay Range 3 ISN 16-20 (£28,129-£30,174 Pro Rata) Actual Salary: £21,096-£22,630

About the role
- Support the delivery of tailored learning activities
- Lead interventions and small group sessions across a range of subjects
- Provide targeted support to students with a variety of special educational needs
- Promote student independence, confidence, and personal growth
- Play a key part in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
About you
- HLTA status or equivalent qualification/experience
- Experience supporting students with special educational needs (particularly MLD and communication needs)
- Ability to lead learning activities confidently and adaptively
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
- A calm, compassionate, and patient approach to behaviour support
