We predominantly care for elderly, vulnerable adults where we can offer a safe, secure and dementia friendly environment. We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic , hard working and motivated staff with excellent communication skills that wish to work with an amazing patient centred caring team.

You will be able to undertake a range of clinical and clerical activities working with support and supervision of the trained nursing team. To deliver high standards of nursing care and be willing to share our knowledge and skills as well as following the Trusts values and behaviours at all times.
You will be expected to work alongside our experienced nursing team as well as our ward doctors and other multi-disciplinary members who work alongside us in delivering safe effective care.
The successful candidate should be a team player, have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be able to work under pressure.
