Head of Growth Marketing
We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Growth Marketing to lead our growing digital team. This pivotal role will be responsible for shaping our digital strategy, nurturing client relationships, and empowering our team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Oversight & Development:
- Develop a strategy for the Digital Marketing team, focusing on the teams skills and potential, moving towards a model of ‘subject experts’ rather than the current ‘generalists’ to increase efficiency, client results, and collaboration.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of all existing digital marketing retainers, then maintain ongoing oversight to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement a clear, standardised yet flexible digital strategy framework digital strategy format for all client engagements, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Empower and guide the digital team to proactively develop innovative and client-centric digital strategies.
- Drive a culture of experimentation and testing within the team, encouraging bold ideas and the adoption of new technologies, platforms, and methodologies.
- Act as a thought leader, keeping ahead of industry trends and sharing insights internally and externally through content, events, and client workshops
- Client Leadership & Delivery:
- Oversee and nurture key, high-value client accounts from a digital marketing perspective, acting as a senior point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Drive the successful delivery of digital marketing campaigns for high-value clients, with a strong emphasis on Pay-Per-Click (PPC) performance and optimisation.
- Challenge conventional approaches with innovative growth strategies tailored to each client’s business goals.
- Reporting & Performance Insights:
- Develop and implement a new, streamlined client reporting structure that is highly time-efficient for the team.
- Ensure all client reports provide clear, concise, and actionable insights that consistently add demonstrable value for our clients.
- Use reporting and analytics to identify opportunities for testing, optimisation, and innovation.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Mentor, coach, and guide the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, experimentation and professional growth.
- Develop and implement tailored training plans to enhance the skills and expertise of team members across various digital marketing disciplines.
- Encourage the team to proactively share ideas, run experiments, and bring new growth opportunities to the table.
- Business Growth & Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Client Services to fully embrace and integrate growth packages into our service offerings.
- Play a key role in new business pitches, particularly for digital marketing and growth-focused accounts, showcasing our expertise and strategic approach.
- Represent the agency as a thought leader, contributing to blogs, speaking opportunities, and industry conversations.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a senior digital marketing role, with a strong focus on strategy, innovation, and execution.
- Demonstrable expertise in managing high-value client accounts and delivering measurable results.
- Exceptional knowledge of PPC strategies and platforms, with a proven track record of campaign success across Google, Microsoft, and Social.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing digital marketing team.
- A strong understanding of effective client reporting, with the ability to design processes that balance efficiency with client value.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex digital concepts clearly and persuasively.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across departments, test new ideas, learn quickly, and scale successes.
