Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Growth Lead to join our growing team in London. This role is a unique opportunity to have an impact on Wise’s mission, drive significant customer growth through organic channels, and help save millions for our customers around the world.
Your mission:
Wise has already pioneered new ways for people to transfer money across borders and currencies. Our customers can also manage their hard-earned money with the world’s first platform to offer true multi-currency banking.
Here’s how you’ll be contributing:
- You will be accountable for the performance of product and engineering teams to drive organic growth to Wise properties.

You will oversee multiple teams:
SEO product
Referral platforms
Price comparison initiatives,
Digital analytics
Marketing technology, and the integration of marketing AI work.
- You will collaborate with finance partners as key stakeholder and cost centre owner for product engineering teams focused on marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and efficient resource allocation. As well as representing marketing across regional business reviews.
- You’ll be working closely with Product managers, Designers, Researchers, Developers, and Analysts, and you’ll enable the teams to make informed decisions and inspire the highest standards of execution across marketing-led product development.
- You’ll report to the head of organic growth and lead marketing specialists across all product engineering teams.

- Collaborate with and enable other teams to contribute to our mission, specifically by partnering with product and engineering on organic growth strategies.
- Work closely with dedicated SEO, referral, digital analytics specialists to identify opportunities to get the most out of Wise website and other platforms to drive organic traffic, engagement, and conversion, while managing the tech stack.
- Inspire teams with your ideas, knowledge, and self-starting attitude.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in SEO, performance marketing, referral programs, price comparison, digital analytics, marketing technology, and the application of LLMs in marketing within a scaling company.
- You have a demonstrable record of collaborating with both paid and organic marketing teams, and are familiar with the challenges they face in measuring their performance, especially in the context of product growth.
- You’re familiar with a wide range of marketing technology across both web and app measurement, have experience building, implementing, or overseeing content management systems and other MarTech solutions on large web portals, and possess a strong understanding of how LLMs can enhance marketing efforts.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while owning a cost centre.
- Customer-focus – You’ve worked on a product with thousands or even millions of customers, ran surveys or research and interviewed people who used your product. ]
- You’re data-driven – You are able to dive into data to identify opportunities, and then measure your impact. You prioritise the value you can add to customers, and can get the entire company behind you by telling stories with data.
- You have a solid technical understanding - help your marketing and engineering teams prioritise technological investments and new features related to organic growth, MarTech, and LLMs.
- Communicating clearly and logically – You are able to effectively frame problems to influence across the team. You are comfortable communicating with internal and external partners on challenging issues, whether in written format or at sprint planning with the team.
- You’re not afraid of being a true contributor, helping your team with hiring, learning skills you don’t know today to unblock things everywhere needed.
