What you’ll be doing:

• Leading our culture and DEI strategy across the business, aligned to our strategic priorities
• Championing inclusion, engagement, and values-led leadership at every level
• Designing and delivering initiatives, campaigns, and learning experiences that bring our values to life
• Shaping and leading our employee engagement approach – including listening strategies, surveys, and action planning
• Empowering our employee networks and acting as a key contact for DEI partnerships and bodies
• Using insights, feedback, and external benchmarks to measure progress and drive continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

• A proven leader in culture, engagement, or DEI with experience in operational or unionised environments
• Confident working with senior leaders to shape behaviour, influence mindsets and embed change
• Strong storytelling, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Analytical thinker who uses data to drive action and demonstrate impact
• Passionate about building a workplace that’s fair, inclusive and high performing
