Are you a coffee connoisseur and hospitality leader ready to make your mark in a high-profile corporate environment? We’re seeking an exceptional Head of Coffee and Beverages to lead and elevate the beverage program across multiple premium coffee and bar outlets.

As Head of Beverages, you’ll oversee daily operations across 7 high-volume coffee bars and 1 corporate bar, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation at every level. You’ll be the driving force behind product development, team training, and customer experience, playing a critical role in shaping the beverage culture within our organisation.

Operational Leadership

• Lead day-to-day operations across all outlets, ensuring seamless service and premium quality

• Collaborate closely with the General Manager to maintain efficiency and profitability

Product Development & Quality

• Design and launch seasonal menus inspired by customer trends

• Partner with suppliers and the culinary team to create elevated food and beverage pairings

Training & Development

• Deliver inspiring training programs covering barista skills, beverage knowledge, and service excellence

• Mentor your team to build confidence, pride, and talent from within

Customer Experience & Innovation

• Champion exceptional experiences with creativity and attention to detail

• Introduce bespoke cocktail masterclasses and tailored beverage events

Compliance & Standards

• Uphold health & safety, hygiene, and compliance standards across all operations

• Manage inventory, stock control, and reporting to meet commercial targets

Essential

• Passion for coffee, innovation, and customer service

• Proven leadership in high-volume coffee or bar operations

• Strong barista credentials and knowledge of coffee origins and brewing methods

• Skilled in training, mentoring, and building front-of-house teams

• Commercially savvy with operational finesse and excellent communication

• Experience creating and launching beverage menus that excite and engage

• Commitment to delivering premium experiences in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

• SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) Certification

• WSET Certification

• Level 3 in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership

• Train the Trainer Certification
