Alan Kerr Limited and expanding their extensive Sales Department and are looking for a Handover Specialist to join the Sales Team.
The applicant should have excellent customer service skills, confidence in speaking with customers and demonstrating equipment, computer literate and good telephone skills.
Your duties will include:-
- Liaising with the workshop regarding vehicle preparation
- Liaising with the customers to get an acceptable collection date
- Updating the sales team and managers with handover dates
- Complete handover videos of the vehicles to send to the customers
- Be able to use our finance systems to have finance paid out
- Filling out paperwork for the administration department
- Taking payment for vehicles
Previous experience within the Motorhome Industry is beneficial, however, this is not essential and full training will be given.
