The award-winning show sells out within hours each year and welcomes over 170,000 guests to its 30-acre magical forest each season, including the likes of Elton John and members of the Royal Family.
Guests journey through a theatrical world, passing through five uniquely themed, interactive performances that blend storytelling, character interaction, and festive wonder. This 4.5 hour live, walk-through adventure offers families an unforgettable experience.
The Role
Role Overview -
Our Woodland Check-in team welcome guests to Lapland, setting the scene for a magical and unforgettable experience.
Working in our outdoor Eleven Bazaar and our indoor Woodland Check-in areas, this role is a guest-focused position, involving lots of interaction with Human Folk before their Lapland experience begins.
Responsibilities include;
- Provide a wonderful welcome to our guests, creating a strong first impression.
- Use of our onsite system to check guests in, whilst sharing key information about their visit.
- Assist with latecomers to the experience, helping guests catch-up to their tour quickly.
- Deliver a world-class service to guests, ensuring that any issues are resolved in-the-moment, with a touch of Lapland magic!
Working environment and requirements include;
- Indoor and outdoor locations, with prolonged standing.
- Guest-facing position, requiring high-levels of interaction on a consistent basis.
- Use of technical equipment, including touchscreen tablets.
- Some tasks may require moderate lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and other similar physical activity.

Key Dates
- PAID TRAINING: Your training plan will vary depending on your role. Training will take place on select dates between the end of October 2025 and the beginning of November 2025, training is mandatory.
- LIVE EVENT: Tuesday 11th November - Wednesday 24th December 2025
