Job Summary
We are seeking a lively and big energy Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service from the moment they arrive. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage guest expectations effectively.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow.
- Communicate effectively with guests regarding wait times and special requests.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant and taking reservations as needed.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an high energy environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and helping others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
