We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in GRP finishing. As a Finisher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to safety in the workplace.
Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools and power tools to finish products according to specifications.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, identifying any defects or areas for improvement.
- Repair and correct any defects using appropriate methods using a combination of wet & dry, compound and buffers, gel coat, spray guns and other tools.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in the movement of materials within the warehouse as needed.
Requirements
- Must have proven experience in similar roles, ideally in a similar industry
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must have a keen eye for detail and methodical work ethic
- Must have strong ability to manage time efficiently.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Experience
- Previous experience in GRP finishing is essential.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
