What’s the job?
We’re looking for a strategic and results driven Growth Marketing Lead to drive the development and execution of high impact, multi-channel campaigns across our key audiences – current and future students, members and Authorised Training Offices (ATO’s). This role is part of the change to a growth marketing team and will be critical to broader transformation objective.
You’ll report to and work closely with the Director of Marketing to shape audience strategy and campaign planning – ensuring that all campaign activity is data/insight led, delivers measurable brand impact, drives awareness and is performance driven whilst aligning with our strategy to support growth acceleration.
Who do we need?
You’ll be an experienced marketing leader with strong commercial background in campaign strategy and execution. With extensive experience in multichannel marketing - ideally including B2B and you’ll bring with you a deep understanding of audience segmentation, digital marketing and campaign analytics.
Experienced in managing teams and budgets and agency relationships and have proven track record of delivering measurable results and impact.
Some Key Responsibilities
Lead, deliver and embed campaign strategy, with responsibility for execution for student and ATO recruitment, member engagement campaigns and new product/service launches.
Work closely with the Director of Marketing on audience strategy and campaign planning to ensure they are diverse, creative, varied and have high impact whilst maintaining strategic alignment and brand consistency.
Act as our brand champion across ICAS, supporting internal and external partners and ensuring campaign content adheres to our brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Line manage and develop a team of campaign marketers, fostering a high-performance culture.
Working closely with IT and our data team to ensure optimisation of marketing technology to maximize ROI and impact of campaigns.
Leveraging data and audience insight to shape, inform messaging, targeting and channel mix driving higher engagement and ROI across campaigns.
