Overview
Jodrell Construction are seeking a hardworking Groundwork team, Immediate start in the Prestatyn area.
Duties
- Assist in the preparation of sites for construction or landscaping activities.
- Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
- Perform groundworks including digging trenches, laying foundations, and installing drainage systems.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored correctly.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety regulations.
- Report any issues or hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Follow instructions from site managers and senior workers to ensure tasks are completed accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in groundworks or construction is essential.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently when required.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a construction environment is advantageous.
- Transportation to and from sites essential.
- CSCS Card essential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £160.00-£200.00 per day
