Graduate Marketing & Partnerships Lead - Mintality
Location: Brecon Beacons (July–September, 3 Days a week - accommodation can be provided), London-based from late September (dependent on success)
Start date: Early July or sooner
Type: Temporary to Permanent (dependent on business success)
Salary: £24–27K depending on experience + bonus potential
The Main Focus: Build the brand.
Through creative campaigns, social content, in-person interactions and strategic partnerships — you’ll drive visibility, traffic, and product sample giveaways in exchange for signups that convert into loyal customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
This is a creative, hands-on role with one clear mission: Launch Mintality in a way people remember, trust, and want to buy into.
- Lead ideation for events and pop-ups — you decide what they are, how they look, and how they represent the brand
- Collaborate with our Events & Operations Lead to execute your vision
- Be on-site capturing content (video, photos, testimonials), supporting sampling and engaging with the public
- Create and grow our social media: Plan, post, and build an authentic, energetic community
- Pitch and build brand collaborations and influencer partnerships — from outreach and negotiation to activation
- Lead on guerrilla marketing and on-the-ground campaigns that cut through the noise
- Design or direct the creation of campaign materials — flyers, banners, Instagram ads, TikToks
- Hit target metrics — track campaign success and product sample to sale conversion rates
- Turn awareness into loyalty — ensure every sample or interaction drives long-term brand connection
What Would Make You Great at This Role:
- You think like a creative strategist — with bold ideas and the ability to make them real
- You’re social media native — short-form content is second nature, executed in alignment to brand identity and strategy
- You’re a great writer — punchy, human, and on-brand
- You’re a connector — great at picking up the phone, DM’ing, or emailing
- You’re visually sharp — understanding what’s on-brand, bold, and effective
- You’re a starter and doer — not waiting for instructions
- You’re happy working weekends or evenings for events and launches.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in marketing, social media, events, or partnerships (entry level to 2+ years)
- Strong creative direction and design sense (Canva or Adobe suite preferred)
- Great interpersonal skills — phone > email sometimes!
- Comfortable with influencer marketing and partnerships
- Strong copywriting skills, aligned with brand voice
- Experience filming/editing short-form video is a big plus
- Well-organised and detail-driven — can manage multiple projects and priorities
