As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to produce one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.

Position Overview

The Global Event Production Director is tasked with overseeing and advancing the planning, execution, and quality of production efforts for permanent live attractions. This role is essential in supporting the company’s expansion strategy by ensuring successful project delivery, maintaining high production standards, and achieving operational excellence across each unique line of expansion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Expansion Support

Develop comprehensive plans for permanent attraction projects by coordinating cross-functional teams to align on goals, budgets, and timelines.

2. Production Oversight & Project Execution

3. Talent Development & Team Coordination

4. Venue Feasibility, Adaptation & Rollout Oversight

5. Technical Implementation & Optimisation

6. Resource, Logistics & Technical Management

7. Quality Assurance & Compliance
