The Role

Club L is looking for a super-organised, fast-moving, and proactive Production & Events Assistant to support the planning and delivery of photoshoots, brand events, activations, and collaborations across Club L London and subsequent brands. This role is ideal for someone with a background in events, PR or production, who’s confident communicating, negotiating, and handling multiple tasks at once.

You’ll work closely with the Creative Production Manager to make sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly—whether it’s sourcing props, booking talent, managing travel details, or helping out on set or at events.

Roles and Responsibilities


Shoot & Event Support

  • Assist in organising high end fashion shoots, influencer content, pop-ups, PR events, and brand activations.
  • Help coordinate crew, models, glam teams, and freelancers (e.g. photographers, videographers).
  • Support location research, bookings, and venue logistics.
  • Handle travel planning and booking for team and talent.
  • Prep shoot documents like call sheets, schedules, and contact lists.
  • Be on set or on site to help keep things on time, tidy, and running to plan.

Production

  • Assist with setup, styling support, and logistics on shoot and event days, assisting with all production aspects
  • Troubleshoot small issues calmly and efficiently.
  • Ensure crew and talent have what they need (food, water, facilities).

Collabs, Partnerships & Barters

  • Help identify and reach out to potential brand collaborators, sponsors, and barter partners.
  • Support negotiation and deal set-up (e.g., trade deals for locations, services, or accommodation).
  • Keep clear records of agreements and deliverables.

Organisation & Admin

  • Keep shoot and event trackers up to date (schedules, crew lists, location info).
  • Manage prop/equipment lists, pickups, and returns.
  • File all shoot documents, contracts, and NDAs properly.
  • Take notes in team meetings and help with follow-ups.


What does good look like?


  • 1-2 years experience working in shoots, production, events and PR, or fashion (agency or brand-side).
  • Extremely organised and detail-focused—you love a list and stick to timelines.
  • Confident communicator who can email, call, or meet with suppliers, sponsors, or partners.
  • Good at negotiating and bartering (e.g., venue or talent deals).
  • A flexible, team player who’s happy to jump into whatever is needed.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Able to travel and work early mornings or late finishes when needed.
  • Proficient with Google Docs, email, and simple admin tools.
