Able Tutors is a leading tutoring agency based in London. At the moment we are looking for experienced tutors to teach German, in-person, to a Reception pupil.
***This role needs to be filled urgently ***
This is a face-to-face position and will involve you teaching on a 1-2-1 basis.
REQUIREMENTS
- at least ONE year of recent experience teaching German (in this country)
- based in the UK
- able to travel to Enfield
- have a relevant degree
- enhanced DBS clearance within 3 years
- be able to work on Thursdays after-school hours
- be able to provide two UK-based references (parents of recent tutees/professional colleagues)
- The pay is dependent on qualifications and level of tuition required
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans for GCSE Maths, English, and Science students.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment to encourage student participation.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding academic performance and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on curriculum changes and educational best practices to enhance teaching methods.
