As floor staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding guest services, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organised dining environment. Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly attitude.
- Take accurate food and drink orders.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Bistro, including tables and service stations.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff when dealing with allergens.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following company policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: £12.21 per hour
