Overview
Blain Pritchard Limited is a modern and dynamic accountancy firm, supplying a full range of accountancy and taxation services to small businesses. The opportunity has now arisen in our Maidstone office to recruit an individual who can carry out admin tasks for the firm – no accountancy knowledge necessary.
The role will include:
- General reception duties including answering the phone and door to clients
- Inputting basic client records on to Excel (all training will be provided for this)
- Filing paperwork
Requirements:
- Confident computer skills, including basic knowledge of Excel
- Good communication skills
- Full driving license as the successful candidate will need to visit our Sheerness office too
The ideal candidate will be looking for a full time role, however we will consider part time applicants.
