Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front of House Member. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a key part of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a memorable experience with every visit.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
-Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
-Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages to the highest standard.
-Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the shop area, including the counter, seating areas, toilets and potwash.
-Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
-Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Skills:
-Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
-Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
-Basic math skills for handling transactions.
-Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
-Be able to work on your feet for long periods of time
