About the client
At Ethos Farm, we are customer service specialists, and we are proud to partner with Foster + Partners to provide their Front of House team at their new offices at 50 Electric Boulevard, a new office building, designed by Foster + Partners at Battersea Power Station, one of London’s newest mixed-use developments where people live, work, shop and play.
Foster + Partners is a leading architectural firm renowned for its sustainable, innovative designs. Driven by a commitment to creativity, collaboration, and environmental responsibility, the firm integrates architecture, engineering, and design to deliver functional, eco-friendly buildings.
Key responsibilities
- Offer clients, staff and visitors is an exceptional and premium Front of House experience aligned to our style of service which is worthy of exceptional architecture designed by Foster + Partners, and their exceptional clients.
- Proactively help and support visitors and identify opportunities to delight them.
- Provide information about the facilities and the wider Battersea Power Station estate.
- Facilitate and coordinate the activities of other teams to ensure efficient operations and experiences across all front-of-house facilities.
- Provide full Front of House team operations including but not limited to updating the visitor management system, communicating updates to stakeholders, handling calls and emails, and updating digital documents, records and reports.
Required knowledge, skills, experience, and behaviours
- Experience in a premium corporate concierge or reception role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate in a clear, articulate, and diplomatic manner.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, confident and professional when engaging with premium clients.
- Confident using systems and technology including email and Microsoft Suite.
- Confident to work alone and as part of a team, and able to take initiative.
- Comfortable with need to be agile and flexible in responding to changing priorities and ambiguity.
- Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Enthusiastic about learning about the building, clients and the wider Battersea Power Station estate.
- Right to work in the UK and a current DBS check
