Are you passionate about helping students succeed? We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as a Student Funding Enrolment Assistant. This short-term role runs from August to November 2025 and opportunities exist to work from any of our three vibrant campuses.
What You'll Do:
- Provide expert advice and support to students on all aspects of student funding.
- Assist students with their enquiries and guide them through the funding application process.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records to ensure efficient processing of applications and payments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate with our funding team to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all students.
Comprehensive Training will be provided to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this role.
Requirements:
· (SCQF level 6) – Higher Standard
· A proactive and supportive approach of dealing with the public/customers
· Excellent interpersonal, numeracy and communication skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organisation abilities.
