We’re seeking a passionate, experienced Front of House Supervisor to help deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hospitality and supervisory experience
- A hands-on, customer-first attitude
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A genuine passion for food, drink, and service excellence
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Working schedule is expected to be 3-4 days a week including weekends, with shifts varying between 6-10 hours.
We pride ourselves on being a well-balanced pub with something for everyone, you'll meet a friendly bunch of regulars, local families, Broads tourists, overnight business guests and diners looking for excellent food and wine, and as supervisor at you would need to be personable, friendly and adaptable to meet the needs of these different types of guests.
Daily, the role consists of managing a shift (bookings, staff, and service), communicating with the staff, managers and the kitchen and providing and maintaining a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
The Swan is a 2 AA Rosette pub with rooms in Loddon, just off the A146, 20 minutes from Norwich and 15 minutes from Beccles.

Pay: Up to £12.75 per hour
