We’re on the lookout for a warm, energetic and reliable Bartender / Front of House team member to be the face of 22 The Square. If you’ve got a friendly smile, a love for great service, and the ability to keep cool under pressure, you’ll fit right in.
Your Role:
- Welcoming guests and making them feel at home
- Mixing and serving drinks with skill and style
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serving tables with a friendly, professional approach
- Keeping the bar and front of house area clean and organised
- Handling cash and card transactions confidently
- Working closely with the team to deliver a great customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Hospitality or bartending experience is a bonus, but not essential – we’ll train the right person
- Positive, confident, and approachable personality
- Ability to work in a busy environment while keeping service standards high
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- 18+ Preferred but not required.
